Puppy Application
Filling out the Puppy Application is the first step to purchasing a puppy from us. The Puppy Application lets us get to
know you better. Please fill out the application with as much detail as possible about your dog experience and lifestyle.
This will help us to determine and recommend which puppy would best fit into your lifestyle based on temperment, activity
level, personality etc.
Price
We sell all our puppies for $1,500.00 (plus PST and $20.00 TSSR registration) regardless of gender. All our puppies
go out on our standard non-breeding (i.e. spay/neuter) contract. We do not normally sell any puppies on breeding or
co-ownership contracts. Our focus is to provide the best home possible for our puppies. If you are seriously interested
in a breeding/show puppy please contact us and we will discuss the possiblity on an individual one on one basis.
Reservations/Deposits
To reserve a Crossroad Shilohs puppy from one of our upcoming litters a deposit of $300 is required. We will
email you once the deposit is received. Deposits are only refundable if a breeding does not take or no puppies are
available. You may move your reservation to the next/another breeding if you would like. Deposits are not refundable if you
simply change your mind or choose another breeder. Deposits are to be made payable to Wendy Lavigne.

When moving your deposit to another litter you will be placed behind anyone already in place. We cannot move you ahead
of someone else even if your deposit was received before theirs.

Deposits can be mailed to - Wendy Lavigne

Who Selects Your Puppy
At about 7 weeks a thorough Litter Evaluation Test (LER) will be completed. The purpose of the test is to give us an
idea of the puppies temperment. The test will help us match the right puppy with the right owner.

Puppy choice is based on your application information and the results of the LER. It is important that the right puppy and
the right family are matched up. We will try and give you as much freedom as possible in choosing your puppy and will
provide you with advice and recommendations when choosing. We reserve the right to deny placing any puppy that we
feel could create a bad match based on the LER and your application.

NOTE - Breeder reserves the right to pick(s) of litter on breeding/show prospect puppies.
Pick Up/Shipping
Puppies will be available for pick up at eight weeks of age If you are unable to pick up your puppy in
person, other arrangements will need to be made ahead of time. All crates and or shipping costs are your
responsibility.
