Our Guarantee

Health

All of our puppies are guaranteed against:

        -crippling hip dysplasia that is apparent by the time the puppy is 24 months of age;

        -crippling elbow dysplasia that is apparent by the time the puppy is 24 months of age;

        -Genetic or congenital defects apparent by 24 months of age (substantiated by veterinary
          documentation), that will adversely affect the puppy's longevity or quality of life.

If your puppy does not live up to this guarantee, and you have complied with our contract, we will
replace the puppy with a puppy from a subsequent litter (you keep the original puppy).

Temperment

We do not warrent the temperment of our puppies. Temperment is determined by
genetics and environment. All too often, nice puppies develop temperment problems
as a result of the way they are raised by their owners. Since we have no control over the
environment in which a puppy is raised, we cannot guarantee its temperment.
